Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 12 Balls

This recipe is full adaptable! swap and change ingredients to find your perfect taste and thickness. Try out different dried fruits or nut butters! It only takes 5 minutes which is great for a weeks worth of easy to grab healthy snacks.
Ingredients:

Oats - 1 Cup
Dates - 1 Cup
Coconut Flakes (or similar) - 1/4 Cup
Cacao Powder (or chocolate powder) - 1 Heaped Teaspoon
Cacao Nibs (or chopped dark chocolate) - 1 Teaspoon
Almond Butter (or any preferred nut butter) - 3 Tablespoons
Equipment:
Food processor or heavy duty blender.

Method:
1) Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
2) Blend for 30 seconds to a minute (dependent on desired texture).

3) Using your hands, grab a handful of mix and roll into bite sized balls (if not sticking together then add an extra spoonful of nut butter and re-blend).
4) Store in the fridge in a container and grab and go as necessary!
