Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 1 Hungry Person

This recipe is full adaptable! swap and change ingredients to find your perfect taste and thickness. Change weetabix to oats to remove gluten. Remove fruit syrup to reduce sugar. Try out different mylks. Add whatever needs using in the fruit bowl. It only takes 5 minutes, but can even be made the night before to save time before work.
Ingredients:

Plant Based Mylk – 100mls (less or more depending on desired thickness)
Plant Based Yoghurt – 3 Large Tablespoons
Weetabix Bar – 1
Strawberries – 4
Pears – 2 Small
Blueberries – 2 Tablespoons
Chia Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Fruit Syrup – 1 Teaspoon
Method:
1) In a blender, place the pears (chopped), strawberries (saving one for topping), Weetabix, blueberries (saving a few for topping), fruit syrup, plant based mylk, and plant based yoghurt.
2) Blend for approximately 30 seconds.
3) Place in a bowl and sprinkle over chia seeds, blueberries and strawberries.
4) Grab as spoon and dig in!
